    “A career is a lifetime decision, so you have to find a path that makes the best use of your skills and makes you happy. The CMA helped me to do that.”

    From the time that I graduated college, I wanted to work in analysis and reporting, but it was difficult to find a job in the finance field. I started in Purchasing, and immediately began looking for a certification that would allow me to take what I learned in college and apply it to my professional life. I found that the CMA program gave me a broad range of skills, helped me to understand what was needed in the financial management role, and built my confidence.

    I have a passion for numbers—they tell a story. But it’s important to understand the language of the numbers and what they are telling you, so that management can make smart decisions based on that infor管理会计师ion.

    What I learned through the CMA program helped me to qualify for a senior treasury associate position, and then I was able to move into Reporting and Budgeting. I can always find something from the CMA course that applies to my work.

    I am also taking advantage of other IMA programs—I use the webinars a lot—and I think IMA helps me build professional and leadership skills. We are just now relaunching IMA’s Egypt Chapter, and I was elected president of the Chapter, so I’m looking forward to building a base of active members.

    Accounting is changing every day, and there’s no better way to get exposure to what’s happening in the profession than [through] IMA.

    从我大学毕业的那时起，我就想从事财务分析与报告方面的工作，但是在财务领域很难找到像这样一份工作。于是我就从采购做起，很快的开始发现一个认证可以让我充分利用大学里面所学的知识而且这个认证能够应用到整个职业生涯。我发现CMA认证项目能够拓宽我的专业技能、帮助我了解在财务管理角色上需要怎样的技能要求，更重要的是建立了我的自信心。

    我对数字保持着激情——数字反映故事。然而重要的是我们要善于理解数字语言以及数字正在告诉我们什么，只有这样管理者才能依据有效信息做出明智正确的决策。

    我通过CMA认证所学的知识帮助我成功胜任资金部高级助理职位，那时我就能够进入财务报告与预算领域，我总是能够从CMA课程中找到一些应用到实际工作中的知识。

    我也发挥CMA认证项目的其他优势——参加在线研讨会——我认为IMA帮我建立了专业与**技能。如今，我们刚刚启动埃及IMA协会，我成功当选该协会的总裁，期待发展和构建积极活跃的会员机构。

    会计每天都在发生变化，再也没有比通过IMA这种更好的方式来展示在你专业领域中所发生的事情了。
